UH and Washington sign a home-and-home contract for 2013 and 2015

UH Note: "The University of Hawai'i and Washington have signed a home-and-home football contract for the 2013 and 2015 seasons, UH Athletics Director Jim Donovan and UW Athletics Director Scott Woodward announced today. The games are scheduled for Dec. 7, 2013 in Honolulu and Sept. 19, 2015 in Seattle, Wash."

Happy to add two more Pac-10 games to their schedule, JD said:
"We are pleased to add more Pac-10 games to our future schedules, especially against the University of Washington which has such a successful and proud football tradition. We have many alumni in the Northwest, so by extending this series, it will allow us to continue to build our relationships with them. These games will also help us in recruiting – both in the Northwest and with a Pac-10 opponent. I appreciate (associate A.D.) Carl Clapp's efforts to assist me in completing our football schedule for the next 4-5 years. That was one of my goals when I was first hired and we now only have a few more openings to fill, and I expect we'll get those done sometime this year." (UH)

UH Note: "Earlier this year, UH signed a home-and-home contract with USC for the 2012 and 2013 seasons. In addition, UH and Army agreed to a four-game home-and-home series beginning in 2010. With this announcement, the 2013 schedule includes home games against USC, Brigham Young, Army, and Washington. The 2015 schedule includes a home game with Colorado, and road games at Washington and UNLV."
