Former UH receiver Mike Washington is playing for the Pittsburgh Power

About getting a call last fall when he was in Hawaii that the Pittsburgh Power were holding tryouts, Mike Washington said:
"I was in Hawaii, living a nice island life, sipping Mai Tais, enjoying beach parties, loving the culture and the people there. I had a second guess about it, but came back for the workout and it paid off; came back for the second workout and it paid off." (PPG)
