Rodney Bradley thinks he will play in the La Tech game, La Tech wants the WAC to expand East

About how he thinks that his "strained" left hamstring will not make him miss the La Tech game, Rodney Bradley said:
"I think I'll be able to go." (HSA)

About how he received ice treatment and electrical-stimulation therapy yesterday afternoon, Bradley said:
"I'll be getting therapy the rest of the week." (HSA)

HSA Note: "He said he received several ice packs that he will use at night. He said a determination on his playing status will be made Wednesday or Thursday."

HSA Note: "If Bradley is not available to play, the Warriors have several contingency plans. One of them might not involve Joe Avery, who complained of dizziness after landing awkwardly while attempting a catch Saturday."

About how they will not move Kealoha Pilares to wideoht like they did last year when Bradley was injured, where Pilares' production dropped after moving from slot to wideout, Mouse Davis said:
"We want Kealoha to keep doing what he's doing. We're not going to screw it up." (HSA)

About how Louisiana Tech would like for the WAC to add teams in the central time zone, Louisiana Tech Athletic Director Bruce Van De Velde said:
"I believe it is very important to reduce travel costs and the most appropriate avenue is to have an east and west division. This would mean the WAC would need to add some teams in the central time zone." (HSA)

HSA Note: "Van De Velde would not publicly reveal his "preferences," but they would appear to be Texas San Antonio and Texas State, which would also appeal to New Mexico State, among others."
