JD mentioned how playing on Sundays would be costly for UH

About how they are looking at having college football on Sundays if there is an NFL lockout, ESPN spokesman Michael Humes said:
"We are optimistic that everything will get resolved. We are evaluating a number of alternate programming scenarios to minimize the impact of potential lost games." (HSA)

About how the WAC would consider playing on Sunday if ESPN asked, Karl Benson said:
"I think we would always consider it (a Sunday date). We've played some Sunday games in the past, at ESPN's request." (HSA)

About how it would be expensive for UH to move games to Sunday, JD said:
"I'm not saying it would be impossible (to play on Sunday) but it would be costly to make those kind of changes." (HSA)

Note: JD is correct since moving games to Sunday at the last minute would make it hard to change flights to/from Hawaii.
