Gordy Shaw is recruiting 3 players in Minnesota for UH

PP = Pioneer Press

PP Note: "Gordie Shaw, who for 15 years was the University of Minnesota football team's top in-state recruiter, two seasons ago was offensive coordinator for South Dakota, which plays the Gophers at TCF Bank Stadium on Saturday."

About their 49-36 loss to USC, Shaw said:
"We put up 588 yards on them, the second-most ever against them.USC is a very  good football team offensively. Their style is to run outside, inside, play-action pass, and throw it deep. Defensively, they're very impressive looking, with ends who are 6-5, 295 pounds and 6-5, 270. And their inside guys are 6-3, 6-4, 305 pounds, 310 pounds." (PP)

PP Note: "As for Shaw, 56, he continues to recruit Minnesota and is working on three high school players from the state."
