Colt Brennan vowed to "come back with a vengeance" next season

HA Note: "Thankful for the support of the Washington Redskins and a "great situation," Colt Brennan vowed to "come back with a vengeance.""

About returning after his surgery on his left labrum and left hamstring last month, Colt said:
"I want to show what I'm really like when I'm healthy." (HA)

HA Note: "During the 2008 Senior Bowl, an enlarged bone caused a tear in his right labrum. He underwent successful hip surgery. In the final preseason game of 2009, he suffered an injury to both his left labrum and left hamstring. He underwent a rather newly designed procedure on his hamstring. The surgeons shaved down the enlarged bones that were pressing against his labrum."

About the genetic condition he had that contributed to the injury, Colt said:
"Blame my parents." (HA)

HA Note: "Brennan said he has been undergoing treatment at the Redskins' training facility in Virginia. He also attends all of the offensive meetings."

About observing and learning while he rehabs his injury, Colt said:
"I'm taking advantage of this opportunity to learn." (HA)

HA Note: 'He said he was told he can begin throwing in December."
