Mack says UH didn't quit and UH might close practices
Upset about the public speculation that the Warriors did not give their best effort in the second half against Oregon State, Mack said:
"No, we didn't quit. We got beat. Absolutely, we didn't quit. If somebody did quit, I'd get rid of him. I hope our fans don't quit, because our kids aren't going to quit." (HA)
About how they might close practices, Mack said:
"This may be the first time we close practice. I don't know, I haven't thought that far ahead." (HSB)
Stephen Tsai on the Warrior Beat wrote: "It doesn’t have anything to do with the faithful here or SportsHawaii. But apparently somebody was posting play-by-play accounts of practice, including revealing secret plays."
