"It was crazy how it all went down last year. Losing the Sugar Bowl, it definitely hurt, a lot. It was devastating. And then to find out our head coach, who has been a staple at UH, decided to take the SMU job. It all hit us at one time. There was a lot of anger, a lot of sadness.
