Corbin Brown commits to UH

About committing to UH, Corbin Brown said:
"I committed." (HA)

HA Note: "Brown is a little taller than 6 feet, and weighs 170. He said he runs 40 yards in under 4.5 seconds. In choosing UH, Brown is rejecting an offer from Wisconsin."


About choosing UH over Wisconsin (who played at UNLV the week before UH), Brown said:
"There's no comparison between Hawai'i and Wisconsin when it comes to asking: 'Where would I like to live the next four years?' (HA)

HA Note: "Brown said the Warriors have shown interest the longest. He also was recruited by Oregon State, Colorado State, Nevada and Princeton."


Feeling comfortablew with the UH coaches, Brown said:
"I've become close to the (UH) coaches. I feel comfortable with Hawai'i's program. My playing style would fit in a lot better." (HA)
